1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Revieme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. Revieme is operated by Promage Marketing and Media Limited, Nigeria. These terms govern your use of our platform at revieme.com.

2. The Service

Revieme provides automated Google review management software including:

  • Automated review request messages via WhatsApp and email

  • Review reactivation for past customers

  • AI-powered review response

  • Repurposing of 5-star customer reviews as content posted to your Facebook and Instagram pages on your behalf

  • Reputation monitoring and reporting

We are a software platform. We facilitate review requests and social media posting, but we do not guarantee the number of reviews you will receive, the reach of social media posts, or any specific business outcome. Results vary based on your business, customer base, and engagement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

  • Only uploading contact data you have the legal right to use

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Revieme.

4. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • All customer contacts you upload have an existing business relationship with you

  • You will not use Revieme to contact people who have not done business with you

  • You will not use Revieme to fake, manipulate, or incentivize reviews in violation of Google's policies

  • By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Promage Marketing and Media Limited to post review content to your Facebook and Instagram pages on your behalf

  • You have the rights and permissions necessary to allow us to post on your connected social media accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Revieme to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to people you have no prior business relationship with

  • Manipulate, fake, or incentivize reviews in violation of Google's policies

  • Upload contacts obtained through illegal or deceptive means

  • Harass, spam, or abuse any contact in your database

  • Post content on social media that is misleading, defamatory, or in violation of Meta's platform policies

  • Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. A valid payment method must be provided via Paystack to activate the trial. Your card will be charged automatically on day 8 unless you cancel before then.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, your account will be suspended after 3 days. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who experience zero measurable results from our platform. To qualify:

  • The system must have been properly set up during onboarding

  • The refund request must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment

  • Evidence of proper setup and usage must be provided

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the trial period

  • Dissatisfaction with the number of reviews received

  • Dissatisfaction with social media post performance

  • Accounts found in violation of these terms

8. Social Media Posting

Where you have connected your Facebook or Instagram accounts, you authorize Revieme to publish content on your behalf. This content will consist of repurposed customer reviews presented in a branded format. You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time. We are not responsible for any changes to Meta's platform policies that affect our ability to post on your behalf.

9. Google and Meta Policy Compliance

You agree to use Revieme in compliance with Google's review policies and Meta's platform policies. This means you will not use our platform to incentivize reviews with gifts, discounts, or money, post fake reviews, or publish misleading content on social media.

We are not responsible for any penalties applied to your Google Business Profile or social media accounts as a result of your misuse of our platform.

10. Opt-Out Handling

If your customers reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message, they will be removed from further communications. You are responsible for not re-uploading opted-out contacts. Customers may also unsubscribe from email communications via the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and systems within Revieme are the property of Promage Marketing and Media Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Revieme is provided as-is. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business resulting from use or inability to use our platform

  • Actions taken by Google, Meta, WhatsApp, or any third-party platform

  • Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control

  • Changes to third-party platform policies that affect service functionality

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our platform in a way that damages our reputation or infrastructure. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon written request.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Revieme after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email
