  • Send automated review requests to your customers on your behalf

  • Repurpose 5-star customer reviews as content posted to your Facebook and Instagram pages on your behalf

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. Ever.

Your Customers' Data

When you upload your customers' contacts to Revieme, you confirm that:

  • You have a legitimate business relationship with these contacts

  • You have the right to contact them on behalf of your business

  • You are not uploading contacts acquired through illegal or deceptive means

  • You remain the data controller for your customers' information. We process it only on your behalf.

Social Media Data

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts, you authorise Promage Marketing and Media Limited to publish content to those accounts on your behalf. This includes repurposed review content from your Google reviews. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your accounts within your Revieme dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate Revieme:

  • LeadConnector — CRM and automation infrastructure

  • Paystack — Payment processing

  • WAGHL — WhatsApp messaging integration

  • Google — Review platform integration

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Social media posting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using LeadConnector infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
